Hi there!

I'm Alex Amelia Pine, but I go by Alex or Amelia/Amy. I'm a proud trans woman (she/it), polyamorous lesbian, as well as a notorious gamer, writer, and tea-drinker! About This Site

This site was built with the intent to have my own place, seperate from any kind of social media platform, where I can host anything I want to call mine. The enshittification of the Internet is tragic, and ultimately showed me that I needed something to call my own. To that end, I created this site on November 9, 2023, and it has continued to evolve and grow with me as my coding skills have improved and my portfolio has expanded.

Beyond that, I don't have any strict goals for this site, other than for it to be a catch-all for whatever I want to put out into the world. I want this to be a place where I can house things about myself, my projects, my finished works, and anything I have looking into the future. The entire site is under construction, some pages may be marked as such with an "Under Construction" marqee. Everything is in active development, but can be considered "released" in some sort of imaginary official capacity, and any construction zones are marked as such to denote that they are not to be taken as the final form.

About Site Updates

I try to update the site regularly, whether that's for new features, general work that I'm putting out into the World Wide Web, or just fun little things! Found below is a brief, updating changelog of new things I add as they come. Note that this changelog does not include things like new blog posts or regular updates of that variety, but only other major site updates such as new pages, new secrets, etc. Important changes may also be noted in the marquee on this homepage, as well as news and other alerts.

About The Lite Version

You are currently on the landing page for the Lite version of this site, specially designed for use on the 3DS Browser! The goal is to simplify some page aspects, such as the navbar, to make sure it displays better on lower-end devices like the 3DS. This version of the site won't be as all-encompassing, aiming more at specific pages to access, especially under the Gamer section (seems appropriate on a console browser, right?). If there's a page that you'd like to check for a lite version, simply add "-lite" to the end of the URL, or ".../lite" depending on the page! For example, you can find the Lite version of the About tab at ".../About/lite"

Note For Navigation

Even if a page does not have a Lite version, know that the Lite versions only exist for convenience! Any page with seemingly-broken links that cannot be tapped can still be navigated on 3DS by using the D-pad to alt between buttons, using the A button to select.
